Do I need a consultation before booking a color service?+
For balayage, color correction, or your first visit, yes — a short consultation makes sure the plan (and the time booked) actually matches what you want. Cuts and root touch-ups can be booked directly.
What's your cancellation policy?+
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the service price.
Do you work with curly or textured hair?+
Yes — every stylist cuts and colors all hair types. Let us know your texture when booking so we can plan enough time.
Is parking available?+
Free parking is available directly behind the building, accessible from Birchwood Lane.
